  1. To define new Detail Layouts or modify existing ones:

  3. 1. Choose Detail Layouts from the Define menu, or click the Layout button in the Detail View Toolbar. The Define Detail Layouts dialog box opens.

  5. 2. To modify an existing Layout, choose it from the Layout pop-up menu.
  6.  
  7. 3. Click Duplicate or New to create a new Layout. A dialog box appears.
  8.  
  9. 4. Type a name for your new List Layout and click OK.
  10.  
  11. 5. Change the settings in the Layout, as desired, using the dialog box options.
  12.  
  13. 6. Click OK.
